Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple calls
Processing Sales Orders
Updating clients and outside sales reps with product information
Providing and organizing samples and swatches customer inquiries
Printing shipping labels and mailing packages
Data Entry
Assist management with day to day office tasks

Qualifying attributes include but not limited to are:
Excellent communication skills
Experience with front desk environment
Positive attitude/ Enthusiastic
Professional phone and email etiquette
High level of organization with the ability to multi-task efficiently
Knowledge on follow up and persuasion skills
Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
Keen sense of faces and names
Understand trends and market inquiries through day to day work.
